May 10, 2006:  Bendemeer Technology is mentioned in eWeek Article, "With Compliance, Knowing Is Better Than Guessing", by Charles Garry (former VP at Meta Group Technology Research Services), championed the Bendemeer Technology approach to providing compliance monitoring. The article stated that BT's ESCM provides the flexibility to monitor any compliance standard and recommended ESCM a positive and knowledge-based approach for compliance monitoring.

December 31, 2005: Permirus customer, Bendemeer Technology, launches its second release of it ESCM product, v1.1. This release provides numerous updates, including an updated UI, support for Multiple Government, Industry, and Internal Compliance standards, Multi-Dimensional Analysis of Compliance Status, Trends, and Performance, an Adapter Framework, Monitoring Services leveraging multiple data sources, and expanded Event and Task Management capabilities.  PERMIRUS provided all product/program management, design, development, QA and release services for this product release.

March 31, 2005: PERMIRUS customer, Bendemeer Technology, officially releases the first version of its innovative Enterprise IT Systems Compliance Monitoring and Management application for HIPAA compliance. March 31, 2005: PERMIRUS is selected by Logiciel, Inc. to use its Product Marketing Services to help launch Logiciel's newest suite of PDA software products for global manufacturers, importers, wholesalers, and independent sales representatives of consumer goods industries.

March 22, 2005: After a preview of Bendemeer Technology's ESCM v1.0 product, in "Watching the HIPAA", Meta Group Analyst Mary Grace Blum mentions BT ESCM as a product to watch for compliance monitoring of IT Systems. In addition,  she successfully positions ESCM against larger rivals in the systems monitoring category that are deemed inadequate for providing monitoring for compliance. 

February 1, 2005: A growing Southern California-based live entertainment promotion and ticketing agency contracts PERMIRUS to research new innovative web-based Entertainment Promotion & Ticketing software products.

October 1, 2004: PERMIRUS signs an agreement with Dallas-based Bendemeer Technology, Inc. to outsource the program management, design, development, and QA of Bendemeer's pioneering Enterprise System Compliance Monitoring software product to PERMIRUS.
